Bookings made on www.peniscola-collection.com are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
Payment terms:
Villas & Apartments
Deposit of 50% of the total price at the time of booking (by Credit/ Debit card), and remaining balance of 50% before / upon arrival
Cancellation terms for guest cancellation:
-Deposit fully refunded for cancellation made more than 30 days before the start of rental agreement.
-Up to 30 days before the start of the rental agreement: 25% of the total rent due
-Up to 20 days before the start of the rental agreement: 50% of the total rent due
-Up to 14 days before the start of the rental agreement 65% of the total rent due
-Less than 14 days before the start of the rental agreement: 90% of the rent due
-In case of check-out before the end of the rental agreement, the entire balance remains due and there will be no refunds
Cancellation terms if Peniscola Collection cancels your booking:
In the unlikely event Peniscola Collection cancels the rental agreement the following refund / indemnization will apply:
-Up to 10 days before the start of the rental agreement: Deposit refund
-Less than 10 days before the start of the rental agreement : Deposit refund + 30% of the total rent agreement
