This large, beautiful villa is situated in the exclusive, residential area "Las Atalayas". It is ideal for family holidays or with a group of friends. The views of the sea and the plain are magnificent, the setting is relaxing yet close to downtown and the beach (2km). Peñíscola is full of character with its medieval castle. The sand beach is very large (7km), night life is excellent too with lots of clubs, bars and restaurants.
The house is on two levels. The owner rents out the lower ground level for 6 persons when he is not there. Both levels have their own entrance.
On the lower ground level, you will find a living/ entertainment room with a fully equipped kitchen, bar, TV, billiards table and sofa bed. One double bedroom (150cm bed) with adjoining ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and shower room, a laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer & a separate toilet for the pool area.
The pool is well exposed with a large terrace with an outdoor shower. The garden is beautiful with palm trees, pines, flowers etc. There are clear views of the sea and onto the surrounding hills and plains. There is ample parking close to the garage for 3 cars.

A gardener takes care of the maintenance of the garden and swimming pool all year round.
If you like outdoor games, there is a ping pong table and a ground for playing boules (pétanque) as well as the indoor billiards table.
If you come with young children, there is a pool cover that can be put over the swimming pool for security.
The villa is only surrounded by other exclusive villas in the "Atalayas" hills. Expect tranquillity, yet a short drive away from the iconic village of Peñíscola with its array of restaurants, bars and nightlife and beaches.

In the summer season & during Easter, there is a bus to the city centre 3 times per day. The bus stop is a short walk from the villa. The villa is located a 5 Minutes drive away to the city centre where you can find local buses to Benicarlo and Vinaros as well as long distance coaches. Benicarlo train station is a 15 minutes drive.
