Guests have exclusive access to all of the villa space including a large private driveway for 2 cars, private gardens and swimming pool. 

Neighbourhood

The villa is only surrounded by other exclusive villas in the "Atalayas" hills. Expect tranquillity, yet a short 5 mins drive away from the iconic village of Peniscola with its array of restaurants, bars and nightlife and beaches.

In the summer season & during Easter, there is a bus to the city centre 3 times per day. The bus stop is a short walk from the villa. The villa is located a 5 Minutes drive away to the city centre where you can find local buses to Benicarlo and Vinaros as well as long distance coaches. Benicarlo train station is a 15 minutes drive.
