Reservations made on www.peniscola-collection.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Villas and Apartments
- A 50% deposit of the total price is required upon booking (by credit card). The remaining 50% is due seven (7) days prior to arrival.

- For reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, full payment (100%) is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

- Full refund of deposits paid for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival.

- 50% refund of deposits paid for cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.

- No refund for cancellations made after this period.
